Service Providers

Last updated: October 1, 2026

TexNode, a brand operated by Datasanct LLC, uses a small number of third-party service providers to operate our hosting platform. This page describes the categories of provider we use and what data each category handles.

Named provider list. We do not publish the names of our individual service providers on this public page. Customers can request the current named list at any time by emailing support@texnode.net.

1. Categories of Service Provider

These providers receive or process data in the course of delivering our services. Each is selected for its security and privacy practices and is bound by its own obligations.

Categories of provider processing customer or end-user data
Category Purpose Data involved
Payment processing Collecting payments, managing saved payment methods, issuing refunds Billing details, payment method tokens, transaction records. Full payment card numbers are held by the payment processor, not by TexNode
Outbound email delivery Delivering email sent from our platform reliably to recipient inboxes Message content, headers, sender and recipient addresses, and delivery metadata
Domain registration Registering and managing domain names purchased through us Registrant contact details required by ICANN, and domain records, only when you purchase a domain from us
Certificate issuance Issuing SSL/TLS certificates for customer domains Domain names and server addresses submitted for automated validation. Free certificates require no customer contact details; paid certificates may require additional verification data
Server infrastructure Providing the virtual servers on which our platform runs Hosts the systems on which customer websites, databases, and mailboxes reside
Offsite backup storage Storing encrypted backup archives away from primary infrastructure Encrypted backup archives only. See section 4 below

2. Software We Operate Ourselves

Some of our platform runs on licensed software that we install and operate on infrastructure we control. The vendors of that software do not receive customer website data, email content, or account records. Limited information such as a license key, domain name, or IP address may be transmitted to the vendor for license validation.

Self-hosted software categories
Category Purpose Customer data shared with vendor
Billing and client management platform Accounts, invoicing, support, and service provisioning None, license validation only
Hosting control panel Managing websites, databases, mailboxes, and DNS None, license validation only

3. Email Hosting

Customer mailboxes are hosted on TexNode infrastructure. We do not use a third-party mailbox hosting provider. Outbound message delivery is routed through the email delivery provider listed above to maintain deliverability and sender reputation.

Customers who prefer to use an existing email provider may do so; in that case, that provider handles their mail and the arrangement is between the customer and that provider.

4. Backups and Encryption

Daily backups are included with all hosting plans. Backup archives are encrypted on the originating server before they are transferred to offsite storage. The storage provider receives and holds encrypted data only; decryption keys are retained by TexNode and are not shared with the storage provider.

Backup restoration is tested as part of our routine operations.

5. SSL Certificates and Public Certificate Transparency

All publicly trusted SSL/TLS certificates, free or paid, are recorded in public Certificate Transparency logs. This is a requirement of the certificate ecosystem and is not specific to TexNode.

This means the domain and subdomain names covered by a certificate become publicly visible and permanently logged. If you have internal or non-public hostnames you do not wish disclosed, let us know before certificates are issued so we can discuss alternatives.

6. Requesting the Named List

Email support@texnode.net and we will send you the current named list, including each provider's role and the jurisdiction in which it operates. If you need a data processing agreement or supplier information for your own compliance purposes, mention that and we will provide what we can.

7. Changes

We update our provider arrangements from time to time. Material changes affecting how customer data is processed will be reflected in our Privacy Policy. Customers who have requested the named list may ask to be notified when it changes.

8. Contact and Legal Entity
