We do not use third-party email hosting providers for customer mailboxes — email is hosted on TexNode infrastructure.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your personal data following cancellation, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These include encrypted backups, access controls, and infrastructure hardening. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
